Giggles creates unique products that are produced once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any issues with your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

As all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom products. This includes items produced specifically for your order. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.
